Vectron SMART optimizes the entire ordering and payment process: It relieves the service team, reduces walking distances, and ensures a smooth workflow. Guests can reorder and pay directly via their smartphones using the in-house ordering system – no waiting for a waiter, no lost orders. This gives waitstaff more time for personal consultations and upselling, while orders and payments are automatically synchronized with the POS system.

For flexible ordering and payment at the waitstaff, VECTRON SMART also includes two mobile payment terminals with POS apps. This eliminates high initial investments and makes switching to modern POS technology with digital services easy. All POS and payment devices are insured for the entire contract period and are replaced immediately in case of damage. The cost structure remains simple and transparent: a monthly fee plus a fixed percentage for payment processing – with no hidden costs. The modern payment solution also offers an online portal where all transactions can be viewed, statements retrieved, and reports generated.

The Vectron Order Hub can also be rented at a favorable rate with VECTRON SMART. With this interactive monitor system for the kitchen, bar, and snack station, orders are transmitted to it immediately, thus accelerating communication and ensuring that every preparation station always knows what to do. Paper printouts are eliminated, the noise level in the kitchen is reduced, and the comprehensive overview of all orders provides optimal control.
