Payment, POS, cloud and service: everything included in the new Vectron SMART complete package
- Vectron SMART is the new complete package from a single source: The tariff includes modern card and online payment from Shift4, including two mobile payment terminals and numerous digital services integrated into the POS system. All common card types as well as smartphone and online payments are supported. Vectron POS systems can be rented at particularly favorable rates in the Vectron SMART tariff. For the time being Vectron SMART ist only available in Germany.
Anyone who would like to use Vectron SMART and does not yet have a Vectron POS system or would like to replace an older generation with a current one can now do so without a high initial investment. "With our new SMART tariff, our well-known high-quality POS systems can be rented extremely cheaply. Entrepreneurs can now equip their business with cutting-edge solutions and enjoy all the benefits of Vectron SMART without having to fall back on their investment scope. Smart payment
SMART users can choose between payment terminals with insertion options for cards and devices with a modern touch display. The mobile POS app Vectron MobileApp is installed on the terminals, so only one device is required for order taking and cashless payment. If you also rent the mobile POS system Vectron POS M4 Pay, you can accept cashless payments on it as well, thanks to Tap to Pay. This means that only one device is required for order taking and checkout.
By integrating Shift4 Payments into the Vectron POS system, the payment process is efficient and automated. The amount to be paid is automatically transferred to the payment terminal, no manual effort and therefore one less source of error.
With Vectron SMART, all hardware in the package is insured for the entire term and is replaced immediately in the event of damage. This means that users are optimally protected. In addition, the cost structure is extremely simple and transparent: monthly fee plus a fixed percentage for card and online payment, no other hidden costs.
Many digital services included to increase sales and reduce staff workload
In addition, numerous myVectron cloud services for efficient work processes are included in the package free of charge. Sales-promoting in-house ordering with which guests can order at the table themselves and online checkout with which they can also pay online themselves. The integrated tip booster in the form of an automatic tip query means that in most cases even more tips are given than usual. Another plus for the service staff. And finally, it has a positive effect on capacity utilization when tables become vacant again more quickly. With online ordering, SMART users have their own online store and are no longer dependent on delivery platforms.
Table reservations for your own website are included in the complete package, as is a voucher solution with a digital voucher book for a quick overview. The package also includes a paper-saving digital receipt, mobile reporting in real time and useful support and security modules, e.g. invoice, report and fiscal archives, POS updates and POS backups. All digital services are integrated into the cash register for automatic data exchange. This saves time and effort and reduces sources of error.
