Reliable touch system with wide screen: The new Vectron POS Touch 15 II Wide

The hardware consists of high-quality components, is extremely stable, designed for reliability and longevity. New highlight among the stationary Vectron POS systems is the POS Touch 15 II Wide with a frame-less 15.6" display in the trendy 16:9 wide format, which has been available since the end of May. The extra-wide screen accommodates many control panels and PLUs adjacent to each other, which reduces scrolling. Together with the Swipe function, this results in simple and fast operation. At 400 cd/m², the display is particularly bright and the glass surface is anti-reflective, making it easy to read. The backlit touch screen is scratch-resistant and wear-free. The POS Touch 15 II Wide resists splash water, dust and greasy fingers. You can choose between stand, space pole and wall mounting, the operator lock can be installed in various positions. Customer displays in matching designs are optionally available in various sizes. They can be mounted at the POS system or on pole stands. The POS Touch 15 II Wide meets the requirements of the tax authorities and it can be guaranteed that it can be retrofitted with the technical safety equipment required from 2020.  Vectron gives a 5-year manufacturer's warranty ex works on the POS system.

The POS Touch 15 II Wide has connections for up to four cash drawers, six serial and eight USB interfaces as well as a network connection. Numerous programs such as merchandise management, personnel management, accounting, baking or hotel software, e.g. Micros, Protel or Hetras, can be connected to the POS system, as can video surveillance systems, bar & kitchen managers and digital payment systems. Further interfaces can be realized if required.

Technologically leading POS software
Vectron POS systems optimise and accelerate work processes. The software provides numerous special functions for bakeries and the catering trade, like invoice splits, time-controlled price changes, hold-and-fire and sort groups, several price levels per PLU, inventory and merchandise return functions, VAT changeover, additional PLU texts, individual operator rights or graphical table maps. Working times can be recorded directly via the POS system and ingredients as well as allergens can be identified and filtered. The software is intuitive and easy to use and can be flexibly adapted to individual operating requirements for tailor-made installations. Vectron POS systems can be networked and managed centrally from the back office.

In addition to stationary touch systems, mobile devices for operation at the table are offered. The Vectron POS Mobile Pro III has a robust housing, is waterproof, light, scratch- and shockproof as well as break-proof. It is an independent professional device without any dependence on a server station or internet connection. The Vectron MobileApp for mobile Android and iOS devices completes the options of mobile cashing with Vectron. It only requires WLAN rather than an internet connection which may go down at any time. It can be used as an alternative or in addition to mobile Vectron POS systems.

Integrated Cloud Services
Cloud Services in the areas of real-time reporting, analysis, online reservations and orders, customer and voucher cards with automatic management, and various customer retention modules complete the range of Vectron POS systems. The customer loyalty tools such as stamps, collecting points or coupons help to control sales with targeted campaigns. The modular services are precisely assembled and integrated into the POS systems. The extensive exchange of data between POS systems and cloud services enables guest databases that can be used to address individual customers and create tailor-made customer loyalty campaigns. The detailed evaluation of all campaigns makes success measurable. Real-time reporting provides reliable real-time evaluations of POS data and displays the most important key figures with clear graphics and tables.
