Silvia Ostermann becomes COO of Vectron Systems AG
In order to drive forward the expansion and internationalization of the new digital business areas, Vectron Systems AG is strengthening the Executive Management Board with a third mandate. The Supervisory Board of Vectron Systems AG has appointed Silvia Ostermann as Chief Operating Officer with effect from 1 August 2018. This appointment adds a mandate to Oliver Kaltner (CEO) and Jens Reckendorf (CTO). Silvia Ostermann (52) has many years of management and operations experience in the consumer electronics and engineering industries, both nationally and internationally. She is characterized by a profound and diverse expertise in the strategic-operative realignment of companies, the development of competitive organizational and process structures as well as the design of business and structure management. As COO she is responsible for Operations, Production, Quality Management, Purchase, Sales Steering, Legal & Compliance and Facility Management.
