Strategic realignment accompanied by CI change
- The strategic realignment of Vectron Systems AG from a POS system manufacturer to a full-size system solution provider will be further accelerated in the coming months.
The medium-sized company offers hardware, software and cloud-based services, which are developed at the company headquarters in Münster and sold internationally. The aim of the company's strategy, which is designed for significant growth, is to be the leading solution provider in the digital transformation of the food & beverages industry. Vectron cloud services include digital services already known under the brand names bonVito, GetHappy, posmatic and myVectron and are targeted not only at B2B but also at B2C. The versatile services include the analysis, processing and reporting of product-related transaction data. Furthermore, customer loyalty tools such as digital stamps, coupons and deals as well as efficiency tools such as table reservation and delivery service. At the heart of the cloud services is the POS system, as all services are directly connected to it, making the POS system the core data center. Vectron CEO Oliver Kaltner, who initiated the strategic realignment when he took office in early February: "Vectron is an established start-up company with enormous expertise in the development of software- and cloudbased solutions in harmony with relevant hardware. The new corporate identity deliberately focuses on the core brand Vectron, which has already gained penetrating importance both nationally and internationally".
In the course of the strategic realignment, the complete CI of Vectron Systems AG will now also be adapted in the course of the next months in order to become optically more international, digital and modern. The design becomes more minimalist, clearer, lighter and gets a modern quality. The figurative mark, which has existed since 1990 and was last slightly revised in 2008, is reduced to the pure word mark. The striking green, which is well known in the market, will remain, but will only set accents from now on. The font and visual language of the photos used are also updated in order to achieve a coherent overall picture. Website, Intranet, brochures, business equipment, trade fair stand, advertising materials, in short all materials that represent the company internally and externally, are being revised and adapted to the new, modern CI.
