Shift4 customers in Germany, the UK, Ireland, and the US who use Shift4 for payment processing are currently eligible to apply for financing.

Simply apply online through the Shift4 Customer Hub, and you’ll typically receive an offer the same day. As part of the application, we’ll ask for some basic information about your business and your business bank statements. The process usually takes around five minutes, and our team is available if you have any questions along the way.

You can use the funding for any business purpose. For example, many of our customers use it to purchase inventory, invest in marketing, renovate their premises, open new locations, or manage short-term cash flow needs.

Your offer is based on your sales history. The longer you’ve been in business and the higher your monthly sales, the more funding you may be eligible for. We offer funding of up to twice your monthly sales.

For example, if your business generates €10,000 in monthly sales and has been operating for at least 12 months, you could be eligible for €20,000 in funding, with a fixed fee of €2,000 and repayments set at 20% of your daily sales.

Repayments are made automatically as a fixed percentage of your daily sales. For example, if your repayment rate is 20% and your business generates €1,000 in sales in one day, €200 will go toward repaying your funding, while the remaining €800 stays with you.

On days when you have no sales, no repayment is made. This means your repayments automatically adjust to your daily sales, giving you greater flexibility than many traditional business financing options.

No. There’s no interest—just a one-time fixed fee. This means you’ll know the total amount you need to repay upfront.

Yes. Once you’ve received funding through Shift4 Capital, you can typically request a new funding offer and, if approved, receive your funds as soon as the same day.

You can view your outstanding balance at any time in your Shift4 account. You’ll also find your complete repayment and transaction history there.

Yes. You can make additional payments at any time at no extra cost to reduce your remaining balance faster. However, many customers prefer the flexibility of automatic repayments, which are deducted from your daily sales based on your agreed repayment rate.
