Vectron POS 7: New modular POS solution

With POS 7,  the Vectron Systems AG will launch a modular high-end POS system with intuitive layout, swipe function and 15,6“ Full HD display in September. It consists of a system box, holder and display unit. Due to the new modular concept, the hardware can be flexibly adapted. The system box made of high-quality metal can be easily separated from the rest of the hardware and can thus be mounted under the counter, for example. This simplifies cable management and offers the possibility for pole or wall mounting. The display unit can be tilted, rotated by 350° and has two mounting points on the rear for wireless connection of peripheral devices such as operator lock, customer display or scanner. The POS 7 is network-capable and can be supplemented with mobile devices for operation at the table. In conjunction with card terminals, (contactless) cashless payment is possible. 

The POS system is also available on a leasing basis. The POS software contains numerous functions that accelerate work processes and is particularly designed for bakeries and the catering trade.

Efficient through flexible installation 

The software is set up individually and numerous industry programs can be connected to ensure optimum processes:  e.g. merchandise management, hotel, bakery, personnel management and accounting software or a kitchen monitor system. The intelligent management system works with touch screens that are synchronised with the POS system. All orders entered by the service staff on their hand-held terminals or at the POS system are automatically displayed as digital receipts on the screens of the appropriate work area in the kitchen. Here, an employee can start or stop them with the touch of a finger. 

Integrated Cloud Services

Cloud Services in the areas of real-time reporting, online reservations and orders, customer and voucher cards with automatic management, and various customer retention modules complete the range of Vectron POS systems. The customer loyalty tools such as stamps, collecting points or coupons help to control sales with targeted campaigns. The modular services are precisely assembled and integrated into the POS systems. The extensive exchange of data between POS systems and cloud services enables guest databases that can be used to address individual customers and create tailor-made customer loyalty campaigns. The detailed evaluation of all campaigns makes success measurable. Reporting provides reliable real-time evaluations of POS data and displays the most important key figures with clear graphics and tables.
